Business Coach, Consultant, and Speaker, Shawn P. Neal has over 15 years combined experience in leadership, community development, public relations, speaking, and coaching. From professional theatre to healthcare and small business, Shawn has consulted with clients across the board in myriad industries. He has been the keynote speaker at chamber events, seminars, churches, large unbiased public discourse meetings, and emcee for many events.Shawn’s focus is on what drives human behavior. His practices are rooted in Positive Psychology, the Psychology of Leadership, and Social Psychology. Through active listening and empathy, he has the ability to assess a situation quickly, identify behavior patterns and barriers, develop a strategy, and affect change.
As a coach, Shawn helps clients find their drive and unleash the power within so that they can perform their best in every situation. His clients may be long-term, short-term, or in crisis situations. As a consultant, Shawn takes a 30k foot look at a business or organization and is able to identify and correct factors that are influencing loss and disengagement. The result is an increase in productivity and profitability.
Shawn is passionate about positively influencing the lives of young people and he spends his free time as a volunteer speaking to students in the JAG Program (Jobs for America’s Graduates), mentoring students participating in the Young Entrepreneurs’ Academy (YEA), and speaking to groups about the importance of the creative arts in the development of our future leaders. He also enjoys writing music, watching live theatre, and spending quality time with his family.
