Neal has over 15 years combined experience in leadership\, community development\, public relations\, speaking\, and coaching. From professional theatre to healthcare and small business\, Shawn has consulted with clients across the board in myriad industries. He has been the keynote speaker at chamber events\, seminars\, churches\, large unbiased public discourse meetings\, and emcee for many events.

\nShawn&rsquo\;s focus is on what drives human behavior. His practices are rooted in Positive Psychology\, the Psychology of Leadership\, and Social Psychology. \nShawn is passionate about positively influencing the lives of young people and he spends his free time as a volunteer speaking to students in the JAG Program (Jobs for America&rsquo\;s Graduates)\, mentoring students participating in the Young Entrepreneurs&rsquo\; Academy (YEA)\, and speaking to groups about the importance of the creative arts in the development of our future leaders. He also enjoys writing music\, watching live theatre\, and spending quality time with his family.
