WHAT: HUMAN TRUCK PULL – Teams will pull a 17,000 lb. semi with a 53 ft. trailer as fast as they can 125 feet. Prizes and bragging rights will be awarded for Fastest Team (Co-ed and Men’s), Most money raised and Crowd Favorite.
Men’s teams will be made up of 10 team members and co-ed teams will be made up of 12.
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 19 – Registration at 9:00 am
Opening Ceremony at 10:00 am with first pull to follow. Awards ceremony to follow final pull.
WHERE: Anderson Municipal Airport -282 Airport Rd, Anderson
WHY: Event will benefit thousands of individuals and families across all of Madison County by supporting programs that give opportunities for individuals and families to THRIVE. Efforts that both help young children to succeed in school and families to find ways to financially thrive.
COST: $500 per team (minimum)
Teams must either pay a $500 entry fee and/or raise a minimum of $500 in fundraising to
participate. Online fundraising pages are available for free. Team members who compete will receive a t-shirt at the the pull. Non-pulling supporters can also help raise money.
NEW THIS YEAR! Kid’s Exhibition Pull! Kids are invited to join in a kid’s group pull as parents and all those in attendance cheer them on. Cost is $5 per child and a signed waiver is required.
EXTRAS: Food Trucks, Kids Area, Event Merchandise and Music! Bring your friends and family to watch and cheer on the teams. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for kids 3 - 12. 2 and under FREE.
