Strategic Planning Workshop
Hosted by the Leadership Academy of Madison County
Strategic Planning Workshop - This session will provide an overview on the four-step strategic planning process that we follow. Participants will learn about how to engage key stakeholders and gather critical information to provide a foundation of knowledge to frame a discussion for future planning. We will review the structure of a strategic planning retreat and how to build consensus. Lastly, we will discuss the components of a strategic plan and how to make it action-oriented.
