Scale Up Company of the Year Competition

Description

On August 25th, from 8:30 am to 11 am the Flagship Enterprise Center will be hosting their very first Scale Up Company of the Year Competition.
 

They hope to shine a spotlight on a select group of outstanding businesses with the potential to scale up in the near future and encourage further entrepreneurial innovation in businesses that provide jobs and strengthen communities throughout the state.

 A small group of Flagship client businesses will be selected to join the event as competitors for a $1,000 prize. Each business will make a five-minute pitch for why their business has high potential to expand in scale within the next ten years.

The presentations will be judged by an audience composed of roughly 150 other successful Flagship clients, representatives of local financial institutions, and various community members. Ultimately the audience will decide the winner of the competition.
