Please join us as the City of Anderson and the Madison County Chamber welcomes Episcopal Retirement Homes' newest Affordable Living community - Parkview Place. 

Parkview Place is comprised of newly renovated apartments for low-income seniors on the upper floors of the historic YMCA in downtown Anderson. Some of its amenities include the following:

• 26 two-bedroom units, 3 two-bedroom units, and 1 efficiency
• Income based rent with utilities included
• Anderson YMCA membership included
• Access to enclosed patio courtyard
• Beautifully landscaped walking paths
• Common areas for meetings and group gatherings
• Secured, locked entrances
• Located within walking distance of restaurants and downtown destinations
