Take this opportunity to take a tour, meet the staff and enjoy refreshments with the residents of Summit Convalescent Center. It has recently received some renovations, with new paint, furniture, decor and more. Community is excited to showcase the beautiful new building.
Located in the rural setting of Summitville, this 34-bed, Medicaid-certified intermediate care facility creates a family friendly environment. Large windows and birdfeeders allow for relaxing views of nature. Summit also provides respite care, adult day and hospice services.
