Juneteenth Celebration with Gospel Explosion concert
Celebrate Juneteenth (and Father's Day) with food, fellowship, and a free Gospel Concert at the Anderson Impact Center!
SCHEDULE:
6:00am - Juneteenth Flag Raising
7:00am - 9:00am "Gospel Highlight Hour" live radio broadcast with Brother James Warner on WHBU 1240AM (online at www.1240whbu.com).
1:00pm - Carryout chicken dinners available (until they're gone). Includes 2 sides, a drink and dessert. Price $15. Proceeds benefit the AIC.
3:00 to 5:00pm - Outdoor Gospel Concert, and live broadcast with Brother James Warner on WHBU 1240AM. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
Featured Performers Include: Coma Jordan, Bryan Henkie Cricketts, Isaiah Williams & Company, Zion Male Chorus, Rev. Bob White, Rev. Dewayne & Sister Cooley, Howard Boyer, First Lady Roberta Brooks, Darwin Warner, Heavenly Five, and Phildela Tone.
*Monetary donations will be accepted for the Gospel Highlight Broadcast and Thanksgiving Day Dinner program throughout the concert
