Coleen J. Rector, Ed.M., B.S., A.A.
Business Program Director, Business Curriculum Chair, and Director of Career Services at Harrison College & local dancing sensation!
A lifelong resident of Anderson for over 50 years, Coleen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational leadership from Anderson University and Master in Human Resource Education degree in Community College Teaching and Learning from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. She has held a variety of roles in her professional career including sales, recruitment, fundraising, management, education, secretarial, and floral design. Besides being a member of the planning committee for Females Active in Business, Coleen is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, the Indiana Council for Continuing Education, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary in Alexandria, and represents Harrison College at Women In Business Unlimited and the East Central Indiana Human Resource Association in Muncie. Coleen and husband Tim are also members of the Holiday Dance Club in Muncie.
