Guest Speaker: Kiersten Flint
Vice President of Marketing & Hospitality
for Harrah's Hoosier Park Racing & Casino

Kiersten Flint is a marketing & hospitality professional with more than 15 years of experience in the gaming and entertainment industry.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Hospitality for Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino – a part of Caesars Entertainment, Inc., Kiersten is chiefly responsible for all strategic marketing and food and beverage initiatives at the property level. Additionally, she leads the property executive committee for community relations, serves on the property’s diversity, equity and inclusion taskforce and is in the process of developing a women’s business impact group.

Kiersten is passionate about organizational leadership, leadership development, and servant leadership. She sits on the board of directors for St. Vincent Foundation and served six years on the board of directors for the Leadership Academy of Madison County, including a role as board secretary.

Kiersten has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Ball State University, and has won several awards including gold and silver American Advertising Federation Addy Awards for a regional/national television campaign, and the Ball State University School of Journalism Platinum Service Award.
