Executive Director of the
Leadership Academy of Madison County
"Babies and Leadership" Coming Full Circle with My Leadership Journey
Carrie Bale joined LAMC as the new executive director on August 20, 2018. Carrie brings a wealth of education & nonprofit leadership experience to us. An Anderson resident, Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Child Development and Family Studies, an MBA from Anderson University, and is an adjunct professor at Ball State University teaching nonprofit administration.
Upon accepting the position, Carrie shared the following comments,
"I am excited and honored to be joining an organization with such strong roots and history in helping to shape leaders in Madison County! This opportunity will enable me to fulfill my passion for both people and leadership. There is a variety of existing, emerging and uncovered talent in Madison County and I am looking forward to the opportunity to Grow, Serve and Lead with and for community members throughout Madison County."
