Sandi has a diverse career background filled with entrepreneurial spirit. She began with a degree in graphic design, quickly becoming the art director of a small print shop. At a young age, she started her own business, Visual Communication Design Studio. Sandi was always networking, connecting others and had the tagline, "We make YOU look good".

With that and her personality, she is always looking for ways to help others. Constantly being excited for other people's successes, acting as a "cheerleader and motivator" for her friends, colleagues and, yes, strangers, made the transition to business coach, consultant and teacher a natural one.
