Description

The Central Indiana Safety Council invites you to attend our monthly meetings to connect with like-minded professionals in the safety and health industries.
Our mission and purpose is:
1. To provide safety and health awareness in the workplace.
2. To provide a forum to address safety and health issues and concerns of mutual interest.
3. To provide educational programming to promote safety and health in the workplace.
Meetings are typically the first Thursday of each month.
November 3rd Meeting
Chief David Cravens of the Anderson Fire Department will be speaking on Fire Safety in the workplace. Chief Cravens has served the fire department for the last 18 years. Eleven years as Sergeant of rescue, four years as Asst. Chief and he now serves as Chief.
Chief Cravens carries a long resume of training including hazardous material, technical rescue, rope rescue, vehicle and machinery, confined space, trench rescue, swift water, safety officer and instructor.
