"Safety R.O.C.K.S.!"
There’s personal satisfaction in getting the job done on time and under budget. However, history has shown it's not always easy to stay focused 100% of the time. As human beings we are competitive by nature; we also have an inherent tendency to take risks, skip steps, cut corners, and invent shortcuts to save a little time or money. Doing so opens doors for the possibility of increased complacency and employee discontent, disaster, lost time, lost customers, reduced profit, and increased expense.
What are companies doing to combat these hurdles in the workplace?
In a constantly changing work environment where managers and supervisors are being asked to do more, we can all help: “Remember Our Commitment to Keep Safe!”
