SPECIAL EVENT
Brand Builder Alliance meetings are usually reserved for MCC Brand Builder members only. For October's event ONLY, BBA is open to ALL MCC members to learn more about this exciting program!



Brand Builders are members who are ready to take their membership, and their businesses, to the next level. They are committed to engaging actively with programs, events, and opportunities the Chamber offers to help them get seen, get heard, and CONNECT. 

The mission of the Brand Builder Alliance is to help Brand Builder members GROW their businesses through a structured, positive, and professional "word-of-mouth" program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with other Brand Builder members. 

An exclusive benefit of the Brand Builder membership, the Alliance is a program consisting of purposeful, referral driven monthly networking meetings that link these driven, entrepreneurial members to each other to share ideas, energy, and, of course, BUSINESS.  

What to expect: 

  1. Have a 30- to 60-second commercial ready to present to our group. Focus on how this group could pass you a referral. What are you looking for? Be specific, very specific. Do you want to meet someone particular? Then have that name, where they work, etc.   
  2. This group is your own personal sales team.   
  3. It's about building a relationship with each other.  The best referral is one that comes from a friend, a personal connection.  When you are in your everyday routine and here someone say "I need .....this or that" it should trigger a response like this..." I know someone personally who can help.......here's their contact information, and I'll let them know you'll be calling."
  4. Take notes on what your Brand Builder counterparts are asking for. The Chamber will provide a cheat sheet for this activity. It's your job to listen and write it down.  
  5. If business happens between Brand Builders...great! The real success starts when we pass referrals from outside the group. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Successful referrals take trust, and trust has to be earned. And all that takes time.
