The Road Map to Entrepreneurship Series is presented by Mark A, Roger, a business expert with FranNet MidAmerica. Mark has worked with business start-ups in Indiana since 1993 and is a local business owner. This series of high-energy workshop is presented with the support of the Indiana Small Business Development Corporation. As a business broker with FranNet Mark provides entrepreneur education and assists those aspiring to be small business owners throughout Indiana.
Since 1993, Mark has worked with entrepreneurs throughout Indiana from “start-up plan” to right-size plan “succession plan.” He is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington (4th generation Hoosier), a Myers-Briggs Certified Instructor, and a past columnist for the Indianapolis Business Journal and adjunct professor at Butler University. His personal experiences as a small business owner provides a unique perspective to help his clients identify real opportunities, risks, and timing to make sound decisions.
Mark functions as a franchise broker and provides entrepreneur and business principle education for the SBA, the ISBDC and SCORE. He founded the E Round Table - a public-privet entrepreneur educator collective. This January, Mark began Entrepreneurship Carmel Workshop Series at the Carmel Public Library. He is an active civic leader, both locally and nationally, focusing on economic development, leadership development, and servant leadership. Mark’s passion is working with individuals seeking to own local businesses in Indiana.
