Anderson Hypnosis Center and Anderson Public Library are have a Free Interactive Workshop about Hypnosis - What it really is and what it is not. Stress Reduction with Hypnosis and tools to help you manage stress. Fear- where it comes from, what effects it has on you, and how to become free from fear and keep it away. The speaker is Wally Post who is a Certifed Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. Even though the event is free, you must pre-register too be sure of a seat.
