"An Inspector Calls"
Andrew Persinger, a well-known ALLEY actor, directs this masterful script, which centers around the well-to-do Birling family during the turn-of-the-century. It contains everything that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
First performed in 1945, in the Soviet Union, this is one of JB Priestly's most well-known works. It is both a mystery and a morality play for our time. The Birling family, in the midlands of Britain, learn that “everything and everyone is connected” when they are visited in the middle of dinner by the mysterious Inspector Goole.
