A Strategic Approach to Crisis Communication

Communication is a key to business success during the best of conditions, but becomes even more invaluable during times like these with a workforce adjusting to remote working and other challenges. Presenting on this topic is Stefanie Leiter, a 2005 graduate of Anderson University and a 2016 graduate of Purdue University with a Master's of Science in Communication. She serves as an assistant professor of public relations at AU and advises the PRSSA AU Chapter along with Fifth Street Communications, the student-run PR agency. Stefanie is in the home stretch of earning her Ph.D. in Communication from Regent University with a hopeful graduation date of December 2021.
