Abbott Apartments Kick Off Event

Join Pathstone Housing Corp of IN, First Merchants Bank, the City of Anderson and the Madison County Chamber for the kick off event for the renovation of the Abbott Apartments located on the corner of College Drive and East Eight St.

Pathstone Corp., a local non profit organization worked to find financing for the project that is being paid for through city and state grants to offer affordable housing for low-income families. The apartments will have four two-bedroom units and four one-bedroom units.
