DESCRIPTION:Do you have what it takes to pull a semi with 53 ft trailer 125 feet?\n\nUnited Way of Madison County and Carter Express challenge YOU to join in a competition to raise funds for United Way of Madison County's work in our community.\n\nClick here to check out Truck Pull video to see how it's done!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT: Human Truck Pull   Teams will pull a 17\,000 lb semi with 53 ft. trailer as fast as they can 125 feet. Prizes and bragging rights will be awarded for Fastest Team\, Most Team Spirit and Most Money Raised. Men's teams will be made up of 10 team members and co-ed teams will be made up of 12. Coed teams must include at least 4 female members.Truck Pull is open to registered teams only and registration is open to the public.\n\nWHEN: Saturday\, September 20   Registration at 9:00am\, Opening Ceremony at 10:00am.\n\nEvent ends following final pull of the day with awards ceremony to immediately follow.\n\nWHERE: Anderson Municipal Airport: 282 Airport Rd\, Anderson\n\nWHY: Support United Way's efforts to help individuals and families throughout Madison County. Efforts that help young children succeed in school\, families to meet critical financial needs and provide opportunities for individuals to gain skills to earn a higher wage so they are empowered to support their families.\n\nCOST: $500 per team (minumum)\n\nMoney can be raised through personal fundraising efforts including online fundraising pages (available through this site). Non-pulling supporters can also help raise funds.\n\nEXTRAS: Food Trucks\, Music and Kids Area! Bring your friends & family to cheer your team on. Admission is only $2 for adults and $1 for kids 3 - 12.
