DESCRIPTION:Madison County Community Health Center\, Anderson\, is open for special hours on Tuesday April 28 from 5pm to 8pm to assist people\, at no charge\, in enrolling into the Affordable Care Act marketplace.\n\n\n\nThis is a special enrollment period for those who may have paid the tax penalty for 2014 tax filings and are uninsured in 2015. The special enrollment period ends April 30.\n\n\n\nAppointments may be made by calling 765-641-7499 or walk-ins are welcome. We are also assisting with HIP 2.0 enrollments.\n\n\n\n MCCHC is open for enrollments Monday through Friday from 8am to 5 pm at the Anderson location at 1547 Ohio Ave. and Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am to 6pm at NMCCHC located at 1518 Main St. in Elwood.\n\nAppointments may be made by calling 765-641-7499 in Anderson or 765-552-0841 in Elwood. Walk-ins are welcome.
