Road funding experts will provide talking points\, answer questions and provide guidance on how to connect with your legislators at the Statehouse. Participants will then head across the street to meet with their elected officials and help ensure that road funding stays a top priority throughout the session.\n\nSchedule\n\n\n \n \n 9:00 to 9:30 a.m.\n Registration and Networking at the Westin Hotel Indianapolis\n \n \n 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.\n Road Funding Legislative Briefing\n \n \n 11:00 a.m.\n Depart for the Statehouse\n \n \n 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.\n Legislator Visits (Our lobbyists can assist you in these steps.)\n \n \n \n -- Find legislators in committee meetings at the Statehouse.\n \n \n \n -- Invite legislators to lunch. (Do this in advance.)\n \n \n \n -- Catch your legislator in the Statehouse hallway.\n \n \n \n -- Send a note in to the House/Senate floor\, and ask to speak\n\n with your legislator.\n \n \n\n\nLocation\n\nThe Westin Hotel Indianapolis is located in downtown Indianapolis\, across the street from the Indiana Statehouse.\n\nParking\n\nWhile there is parking available at the Westin\, there are plenty of parking spaces nearby.\n\nRegistration\n\nWhile registration is not required for participation in Road Funding Day at the Statehouse\, it would be helpful for planning purposes. Also\, if you pre-register\, we will be able to notify you should the schedule change for any reason.
