An Open House with tours and refreshments will follow the ribbon cutting.\n\n\n\nIn 2006\, Matt Huffman purchased Crossroads Real Estate in New Castle. The company ran smoothly for a decade\, traversing the hard times after the market crash in 2008 and staying strong as a local market leader. In 2016\, Matt franchised with F.C. Tucker to become F.C. Tucker/Crossroads Real Estate. The following year\, Cara Taylor was promoted to managing broker and the company opened their Knightstown location as well.  For the past three years\, the company has been the top producing real estate company in Henry County. The top producing Thompson Team\, led by Steve and Tricia Thompson\, came in to the company at the end of 2018 and the four signed a deal to become equal partners in FC Tucker Crossroads. Early in 2019\, the new foursome purchased FC Tucker/OC Clark from Tom Seal and Ken Miller\, which added two dozen members and locations in Anderson and Pendleton. The merger of the two counties makes FC Tucker Crossroads the largest real estate company in either county\, and the company is unrivaled for experience and depth of agents. A fifth location in Middletown is coming later this summer. The Anderson location is one of the longest standing FC Tucker franchises in the state and the members are proud of the historic building they reside in on the up and coming West 11th Street.\n\n\n\nF.C.
