DESCRIPTION:The mission of the Community Services Council is to bring together a diverse group of human service providers to enhance delivery of services that improve the human condition. The Council hopes to continue doing that through this workshop.\n\n\n\nSocial service agencies are working with employees for greater stability (mental health\, addiction\, stable housing\, food\, finances\, etc.). He has had a wide range of leadership experiences\, including hospital startups\, turnarounds\, psychiatric/substance abuse facilities\, general community hospitals and large academic trauma centers. Prior to joining trueU Kyle served for six years as President of St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital where he led operations for this 950 bed\, $1.3 billion healthcare organization w ith more than 5\,500 employees and 1\,500 physicians.\n\nKyle received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and his Master of Hospital and Health Administration (MHA) from Xavier University\, Cincinnati\; and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Anderson University.
