She was the first director of the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) and remains in that position today. In 2008\, Pam also assumed the role of Program Director for the adult LAMC program and has enjoyed the opportunity to work with some of Madison County's finest leaders.\n\nPam is an Anderson University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Work.
