\nOh\, the places we will go during our life\, we will make over one million choices. Some are big and most are small. Some we consciously make while others we put on auto pilot. Life consists of one choice after another from the time we are born until we pass on. \;After an inspiration journey through breast cancer Lisa will share her touching\, funny and reflective observations on the human spirit\, choices\, and personal ownership.

Lisa Singleton-Roberts FAB! April 2016 Guest Speaker

Lisa Singleton-Roberts is the owner of Toscana Event Centre and Growing Anderson Community Garden. She also is the newly elected Commandant of the Marine Corps League. \;She serves in many capacities throughout the community such as the Anderson Morning Rotary\, FAB Committee\, YEA consultant\, Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce\, and North Anderson Business Alliance.
\n \;
\nRaised in the North Anderson area\, Lisa graduated from Anderson High school before joining the Marine Corps as a Military Police officer\, while at the same time earning her degree in Business Administration from The University of Toledo. After serving for 7 years in 29 Palms\, California Lisa returned to Indiana where she began her own wedding and event company for 20 years. \;As a certified wedding/event planner Lisa also taught for Indiana University in this field. \;

\nLisa returned to Anderson 7 years ago to raise her 11-year-old son\, Colin. \;In the same hometown environment that she grew up in. \;Lisa is married to Sam Roberts (her junior high school/high school sweetheart). \;She has 3 wonderful children\, Robert 29 who lives in Portland\, Oregon. \;Cecily\, 25 who lives in Cincinnati\, Ohio and Colin\, 11. \;With a dog\, Emmy and a cat\, Sansa (a shout out to Game of Thrones!) She is an avid community supporter/activist who loves movies\, especially anything with Colin Firth and a huge Jane Austen fan. \;
