She received her Business management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University\, is on staff at EKKU OSHA Training Institute\, and has worked at the executive level within Fortune 500 companies in the areas of human resources and safety.  Through The Safety Firm\, LLC\, Bobbi works with businesses to help them manage\, audit\, train\, and grow their safety program to higher levels.  Bobbi is a professional artist\, a realtor and innovation motivational speaker.  She is consistently cited for her entrepreneurial approaches to training\, professional growth and workforce solutions.\n\n\n\nToday's Topic:\n\nSafety Leadership Techniques\n\n\n\nSafety leadership is not a lot different from other business leadership positions.  It takes establishing and communicating values\, setting an example\, managing business relations\, overseeing the business cultural change and a little endurance.  The one difference is that safety is personal and that requires a leader and organization to "Get It".
