GUEST SPEAKER
Tiffany White,
Chief of Business Integration, Rolls-Royce
and champion for women in (STEM)
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
After graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical - Astronautical Engineering, Tiffany joined Rolls-Royce where she has enjoyed a successful career developing, certifying, and launching world-class aerospace power and propulsion systems. Along the way, Tiffany earned a Master’s degree in Program Management from Penn State and served in technical leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
As the Chief of Business Integration, Tiffany is driving digital design and high performance computing into the business and capitalizing on the benefits digitization produces. DaVinci (Design and Validate in the Computer Investment) is a transformational program to drive physics based simulation into all aspects of the engineering value stream that touch the performance of the product, including design, make, certification, and service.
Tiffany is a fierce champion for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math (STEM). She invests her expertise to increasing the number of women who study and work in STEM through executing programs that expose girls to the potential of a STEM career, role modeling through public speaking engagements, formal and informal mentoring, and influencing positive change by relentless engagement of business and community leaders. As a member of Women & Hi Tech board, Eleven Fifty Academy’s Industry Advisory board, and Pass the Torch for Women’s 500 Circle, she has the opportunity make a significant impact in the community.
Tiffany spends her spare time with her brilliant, funny, and supportive husband and the two most important young women in her life, her daughters, Hannah and Sarah. Her family also includes an incredible smart, full of energy, yet somewhat crazy English springer spaniel named Luna Evangeline. Many summer evenings are spent on the deck with the whole family, drinking beverages and throwing a ball for Luna to retrieve...or not.
