After a decade of working in her career, Angie Hibner found the answers to these questions as things business owners were struggling with everyday. Research also proved these challenges were some of the top reasons why small businesses fail. As a VP of marketing strategy she searched endlessly for specific companies that offered tools to help her clients with these specific challenges only to come up short with nothing of real value to suggest.
With a huge passion to help small businesses succeed, Angie started consulting with CEOs in the manufacturing and healthcare industry to gain an in depth understanding of these struggles as well as specific tools they might need. She sought out to satisfy these challenges by using visual tools that zeroed in on where the communication gaps lay and how to resolve them. Her solutions were met with overwhelming appreciation.
Therefore, in 2014, Angie Hibner became owner of Respire Strategy, a company known for bringing a breath of fresh air to the clients they serve. Respire Strategy offers a four phase process that gives clients hands-on tools for effective communication within the walls of their organization, along with proven solutions to reach and relate to customers. Angie is excited to be living out her passion of building solutions to help small businesses thrive.
In addition to being a business owner, Angie has been married to her husband, John for 20 years and they are in the middle of raising 5 amazing children. To relax she loves Friday night movies and pizza with her family as well as unwinding by putting together 2000 piece puzzles.
