Learn what forms wellness in the workplace can take and specifically what Wellness Coaching does for employees and employers. How does wellness coaching mobilize employees to reach their best self and how that can reflect on productivity, job satisfaction, and safety at work, as well as work/life balance, personal accomplishment, and life satisfaction at home.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Master’s Degree in Philosophy. He has enjoyed working as a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Obesity Management Coach in the corporate environment. He is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is ready to meet and help you reach personal wellness goals.
