The Central Indiana Safety Council invites you to attend our monthly meetings to connect with like-minded professionals in the safety and health industries.
Our mission and purpose is:
1. To provide safety and health awareness in the workplace.
2. To provide a forum to address safety and health issues and concerns of mutual interest.
3. To provide educational programming to promote safety and health in the workplace.
Meetings are typically the first Thursday of each month.

"Addressing the Needs of Baby Boomers in the Workforce"
This topic will be addressing the needs of baby boomers from a safety and occupational health standpoint, as well as the psychological and overall health and well-being of employees in their 40's to 60's.
Guest Speaker: Kristin Tomich
Corporate Health Consultant
St. Vincent Wellness Works
Kristin Tomich is the Corporate Health Consultant for St. Vincent Anderson Regional Wellness Works program. She is the liaison between the hospital and the employers in Anderson and surrounding area.
Kristin has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry with an emphasis in workplace fitness and health promotion programs. She has worked in the corporate wellness industry in both the United States and Canada. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation with an emphasis in program design and corporate wellness from Indiana University. She holds certifications as an ACE Certified Health Coach, ACSM Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist and NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer. Kristin is committed to wellness personally and professionally.
