APRIL 6TH MEETING
"Nothing Goes As Planned"
Planning, preparing and responding to emergency and disaster situations
Josh Halstead
Director of Business Development, SMRT Indiana
"Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." This is never more evident then in an emergency or disaster. Because of this, manager's can often feel overwhelmed with the task of developing an emergency response plan. The multitude of potential emergencies, unforeseen factors and getting your team prepared can make this seem a daunting task.
We will be discussing the challenges and how the MOHAWK system can assist and help you prepare for and respond to emergencies.
Our speaker is Josh Halstead, Director of Business Development for SMRT Indiana. Josh is a paramedic, educator and consultant with nearly 20 years of working in the emergency response field. Josh has real life experiences in a myriad of environments including prehospital, in-hospital, motor sports and industrial settings. He draws from these diverse experiences to guide organizations and individuals in improving and enhancing their emergency response capabilities.
